Well, depends on breeds. I find my dog cuter... Chihuahua and rat terrier mix.
When we hit our lowest point, we are open to the greatest change.

Definatly dogs.
Cats are Not loyal. It is scientically proven, you dont own a cat, a cat owns you. Cats do not need or enjoy the affection, they will run away and not miss it. They rub against you to put their scent on you and keep it fresh, this marks you as their property. you are their human. They stay with you because it is convieniant.
Dogs on the other hand are related to wolves. But their demestication changed them so much [geneticalll, traits, colours changed] that they became a new species. The dog human relationship was symbiotic, dogs got fed an in turn helped our ancestors hunt. Dogs arnt wild animals. They stay with you not because it is convieniant but because its whats in their blood.
