When you start a Pokemon game, you are given the option to choose one of three pokemon to be your very first pokemon. Usually, fir, water, and grass are the preferred starters. You may List your favorite type or simply your favorite starter from any game. My favorite starter is charmander, he's strong and is always a good team member.

i stick to the water types because they always seem to have the advantage over the others, water beats fire, ice beats grass,empoleon learns drill peck and beats grass and fighting types.
